Initial Thoughts...
The point/goal of this blog is to provide students the opportunity to pose questions, for either myself or other students, that they have been thinking about pertaining to life as a sixth grader. With this blog as our avenue for open dialogue and discussion, we have the opportunity to work together to gain a greater clarity in what is going on in the world. This blog will function as a place for kids to go to think about certain things that affect life and the kinds of people we are. My hope for this blog is that it acts as a character builder. From time to time, I will post pictures and video to lighten things up a bit, because after all, life is a whole lot better when you are laughing. Enjoy!

Kenny: you need to do nothing but think for at least 5 minutes. Then right a paragraph about what you thought about and have your parent sign it and turn it in. Easy, right?

Allison: yes, i promised the answer on the blog this evening, thanks for reminding me. President Kennedy was in the class today because he was a president of the USA. the united states is a democracy, which is led by a president. Ancient Greece invented democracy...see the connection? wasn't it worth the wait!
